CARROT CAKE RECIPE

Preheat oven to 350

2 cups flour
2 granulated sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 eggs
1 -1/2 cup vegatible oil
1 bag whole carrots

Bake for 30 minutes
Sit and cool for 30 minutes

Icing:

vanilla extract
1 cup pecans
1- 16oz. box of powdered sugar
8oz. cream cheese
1 stick of butter
